Refund Policy

Every KORYM Instrument is made from 100%% platinum-cured silicone and is inspected before it leaves our facility. Because these are intimate products, hygiene sets the limits of this policy.

All sales are final

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, for fit, for colour preference, or for any other reason unrelated to a defect. This applies to every order, including sale items and gift cards. Read the dimensions and material notes on the product page, and contact us before you order if anything is unclear.

Defects and incorrect items

If your Instrument arrives with a defect in craftsmanship or material - a tear, a void in the silicone, a moulding fault, damage sustained in transit - or if you receive the wrong item, we will replace it or refund it in full.

Inspect your order when it arrives and contact us at support@korymtoys.com with your order number and clear photographs of the problem. You do not need to send the item back. For hygiene reasons we do not accept returned goods; the photographs are all we need in order to assess the claim.

Refunds

Once a claim is approved we will tell you whether it will be settled as a replacement or as a refund. An approved refund is issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need further time to post the funds.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and it has not appeared, contact us at support@korymtoys.com

Cancellations

An order can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before it is dispatched. Once it has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled.

European Union and United Kingdom customers

Consumer law in the European Union and the United Kingdom gives a 14 day right of withdrawal on distance purchases. That right does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene once they have been unsealed after delivery, and our products fall within that exemption. Your statutory rights in respect of faulty goods are not affected.
